Adjusted the programme to include weekend working and extended shifts to offset weather-related delays, ensuring the project remained on schedule despite rain
Implemented additional temporary protection measures to the deck edges ahead of system installation, safeguarding the substrate and reducing the risk of damage or contamination
Allocated additional resource and supervision time to detail-heavy areas (upstands, penetrations, drainage outlets), ensuring quality and consistency of workmanship without compromising the overall programme

Trip hazard at the warehouse joint: The uneven interface between the two warehouse floors created a clear H&S risk for pedestrians and trolleys.
Working inside temperature-controlled environment ( 5 °C Chiller chamber )

Weather: Rain caused the issue, but repairs also needed a suitable dry window for safe application.
No Hot Work permitted due to nature of the business.

Preparation: Cleaned and prepared surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
Waterproofing repair: Applied a waterproofing system to seal roof penetrations and prevent further ingress.
